This unique Tibetan Buddhist amulet

paper, immersed in saffron water,
folded and
wrapped in silk thread and blessed by a Tibetan Buddhist Lama.
The
Medicine Buddha is regarded as the source of Healing
Powers.
In his right
hand he holds the blooming Myrobalan plant, which is also known as the King of Medicines because of its
effectiveness of both physical and mental diseases. In his left hand,
which is resting on his lap, he holds a begging bowl that is filled with
Amrita,
the Nectar of
Long Life.
It is widely
assumed that reciting the Medicine Buddha mantra

sickness, pain, suffering
