 This unique Tibetan Buddhist amulet for protection from the Bouddhanath Stupa in Nepal contains the mantra of Sitatapatra:  

"OM SITATAPATRA PARAJITE SARVAGRAHANANT TRASAYS TRASYA HANA HANA DRUM DRUM HUM HUM PHAT PHAT SVAHA"  

The mantra has been stamped on paper, immersed in saffron water,

folded and wrapped in silk thread and blessed by a Tibetan Buddhist Lama. 

 

 

Sitatapatra is the ‘Goddess of the Victorious White Parasol’

this vehement fearful Goddess manifests herself as a graceful woman.

She destroys with her 1000 eyes, 1000 arms and 1000 legs negative, opposing and supernatural forces, she removes bad luck generated by those who intend to harm us, protects against many dangers such as enemies, quarrels, poverty, violence and famine. 

 

 

It is widely assumed that reciting Sitatapatras mantra

 OM SITATAPATRA PARAJITESARVAGRAHANANT TRASAYS TRASYA HANA HANA DRUM DRUM HUM HUM PHAT PHAT SVAHA

grants protection from maliciousness, danger,

evil spirits and magic.
